We have completely overhauled our range of MEDIMPLA micro elevators; the design is more modern, and above all, more functional thanks to the flat parts which facilitate a firmer grip during elevation. Inserting the MEDIMPLA elevator into the intra-ligamental site will be even easier thanks to its even finer tips which are skilfully curved to facilitate its use. All of this ensures the most atraumatic extraction possible, so that the alveolar bone can be maintained in perfect condition. The special “pen” shape ensures particularly delicate movements.
